At EightRelief™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. During the festive period, from November 1st to January 31st, this return window is extended for any unopened and unused items, and our money-back guarantees are also extended by an additional 90 days. Warranty terms remain unchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must include all original accessories, packaging, and any free gifts. If free gifts are not returned, their value will be deducted from your refund. Once a return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. All returned items are inspected on arrival. If an item is found to be damaged, in poor condition, or not matching the return request, we reserve the right to decline the refund. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. If a gift card was used for the purchase, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at eightrelief@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items such as beauty or hygiene products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us.
If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original product and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off” period. This allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with all returns, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and proof of purchase included.
We aim to process returns within 14 working days of receiving your parcel. You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at eightrelief@gmail.com.
If your device develops a fault, complete a return request and we will evaluate the issue. If a defect is found, we will replace the product with a similar model. Limited edition models will be replaced with the same model if stock is available, otherwise a standard version will be provided. If the product is functioning properly, it will be returned to you. If a device fails within the first 90 days and you do not want a replacement, we are happy to issue a refund. If a replacement fails within 6 months of the original purchase, we can issue a refund upon request. After 6 months, we can offer a replacement or store credit valid for 6 months. Please note that warranties begin from the original date of purchase and do not reset with replacements. Do not include consumable items like brush heads in your return.
If an item is priced incorrectly at the time of your order, we may cancel that part of the order and issue a full refund. If a parcel is refused by the customer, any return shipping and import duties will be deducted from the refund once the item is returned and passes inspection.
All returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our return center. Please ensure they are packed securely and retain your proof of postage. We are not responsible for items returned by mistake. If found, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping the item.
We reserve the right to enforce a fair use policy. If we notice unusual return behavior — such as repeatedly using products and returning them under the money-back guarantee, or frequent return activity within the 90-day window — we may deactivate your account and any associated accounts. If you believe this was done in error, contact our customer care team. If your account is deactivated and you wish to make a valid return, we will provide you with a return form, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
