Thank you for choosing EightRelief™ for your health and wellness needs. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and handle your orders.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after placement. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please allow for slight delays during peak seasons or promotional periods. If your order includes pre-order items, those will be shipped as soon as the stock becomes available.
We currently offer free standard shipping (6 to 12 business days) on all orders within Australia. There are no shipping charges applied at checkout. As we expand, international shipping options will be introduced, and rates for those destinations will be calculated at checkout. Please note that duties, customs, and import fees for international orders are not included and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We ship using reliable carriers such as Australia Post and other trusted partners. Standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 6 business days. Certain remote regions with postal codes beginning in 96, 97, 98, 99, or 00 may experience longer delivery times of up to 10 to 20 business days. If your order includes a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately at no additional cost. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. This allows you to monitor your delivery status in real-time through the carrier’s website.
We offer international shipping to select countries, and rates along with estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Customers outside Australia are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees applicable to their delivery. All shipments include an invoice declaring the exact value of the items in Australian dollars, including any discounts. Customs delays are beyond our control.
EightRelief is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. In the event of a lost package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. If further assistance is needed, you can reach out to our team at eightrelief@gmail.com. For added protection, we offer insured shipping at checkout which guarantees a refund or replacement if a package is lost or stolen.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours at eightrelief@gmail.com. Once your order has been shipped, changes to the address or cancellations will no longer be possible.
If you encounter issues with your delivery, reach out to us at eightrelief@gmail.com. While we aim to deliver quickly and reliably, some delays may be caused by weather, customs, or other events beyond our control. During busy promotional periods or holidays, slight dispatch delays may occur.
Orders placed during holidays may take longer to arrive. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
By placing an order with EightRelief, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order that does not comply with our commercial policies, including orders not made by the final customer or those that cannot be verified by the customer’s bank.
